Where to purchase and exchange the voucher

Please note that we do not take any responsibility or liability for any trouble when you purchase the Osaka Amazing Pass at online auction sites, flea market apps, discounted ticket stores and resellers.
The Osaka Amazing Pass hasn't been sold at stations since April 1, 2024.
Please purchase at the following sales location or online.
If you purchase online, you will be issued a voucher for exchange.
The voucher can be exchanged for a pass at the following exchange locations.

When to buy and use the pass

2024 version: 3,300 yen

[Valid for] Any one day between April 1 and June 30, 2024

If you purchase the pass online, you will receive a voucher, which you can exchange with the pass at specific spots in Japan.

Caution

• You can enter the facilities with the pass from the opening hour and last entry hour of the facilities on the day you use the pass.
  For public transport, you can use the pass for the first to the last trains and buses of the day (not for 24 hours from the moment you started using the pass).
• Prices are the same for adults and children.
• Use the automatic ticket gate in the station or card slot of bus’s payment machine when taking trains or buses.
• Present the Osaka Amazing Pass to the staff at participating sightseeing facilities.
• Present the Osaka Amazing Pass at the customer desk at facilities and stores on special offers.
• Once you put the pass through the ticket gate of trains and buses, the date of use will be printed on the back of the pass. If you visit a facility first, a staff member will enter the date of use on the back of the pass.
• If you are travelling outside the eligible zone of the pass, you will need to pay travel fees separately. Please consult the station staff.
• If you are using Kintetsu Railway, Nankai Electric Railway, and Keihan Electric Railway's express reserved-seat trains, you will need to pay additional fees.
• If you are unable to use the card at ticket gates of trains and buses due to magnetic failure, etc., of the pass, please consult the station staff or bus driver.
• The Osaka Amazing Pass will not be reissued if you lose it.
• The pass can be refunded at the spot you purchased it, but only if the pass is unused and is valid as stated on the back of the pass. This will incur a handling charge.
  If you want to get a refund for the voucher you purchased at a travel agency to exchange with the Osaka Amazing Pass and you have not exchanged the voucher with a pass yet, consult your travel agency. There will be no refund after the voucher is replaced with the pass.
• For special exhibits, extra charges are required. Please confirm with each facility for details.
• There will be no refund for the Osaka Amazing Pass after you start using it, even if some public transport becomes unavailable for operational reasons, or facilities are temporarily closed. There will be no exchange or refund for other reasons such as bad weather.
• If you unlawfully use the Osaka Amazing Pass, the card will be invalidated and collected, and extra travel fees and facility admission fees, etc., will be charged according to the rules of each company and facility.
• In general, Osaka Amazing Pass cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers.
• Some details of the Osaka Amazing Pass might change without notice.
• We will not bear any responsibilities for trouble with the Osaka Amazing Pass purchased out of the official store (including net auctions and resale).
• All things relating to transportation conform to the Conditions of Carriage of the transportation facility you use.
