Caution

• 【Use of the OSAKA AMAZING PASS】
• （1day/2day）
• This digital ticket is considered one day from 3:00 a.m. to 2:59 a.m. the following day.
  Please be sure to click “Start Using” after 3:00 a.m. on the day of use.
  If you start using the ticket between 0:00 a.m. and 2:59 a.m., you cannot use it after 3:00 a.m.
• （28-Hour Ticket）
• This ticket is valid for 28 hours from the time of first use.
• The pass allows a one-way Nankai Railway ticket from Kansai Airport Station to Namba Station, along with unlimited rides on buses and trains within the Osaka City area. Also it includes admission to approximately 40 tourist attractions.
• This ticket cannot be used for travel from the Osaka Unlimited Ride Area to Kansai Airport Station.
  （Allowed）Kansai Airport Station to Namba Station.
  （NOT Allowed）Namba Station to Kansai Airport Station.
• Stopovers are not permitted between Kansai Airport Station and Sakai Station.
  （NOT Allowed）Kansai Airport Station to Rinku-Town Station.
• An additional fee is required for reserved-seat limited express trains.
• Airport Limousine buses are not covered.
• You may use each attraction once during the validity period.
• Attractions may be used during their opening hours, and transportation services may be used from the first service of the day until the last service of the day.
• Please present your valid QR code at the following locations when using the services.
  (TRAIN) At the ticket gate
  (BUS) When getting off the bus
  (Attractions) At admission
  *If you start your train journey while the ticket is valid, you may arrive at your destination even after the validity period has expired.
  
• Please allow sufficient time when using buses that require QR code presentation upon alighting or attractions where admission queues may occur.
• （Common）
• For stations without QR-compatible gates, please show your ticket to a station attendant for visual inspection. If no attendant is available, present the QR code screen to the camera.
• If you are travelling outside the eligible zone of the pass, you will need to pay travel fees separately. Please consult the station staff.
• If you use Kintetsu Railway's, Nankai Electric Railway's, Keihan Electric Railway's, and Hankyu Electric Railway's express reserved-seat trains, you will need to pay additional fees.
• For special exhibits, extra charges are required. Please confirm with each attraction for details.
• If you unlawfully use the OSAKA AMAZING PASS, the pass will be invalidated and extra travel fees and attraction admission fees, etc., will be charged according to the rules of each company and attraction.
• We will not bear any responsibilities for trouble with the OSAKA AMAZING PASS purchased out of the official store (including net auctions and resale).
• You can not use the OSAKA AMAZING PASS with the way to present Screenshots or Screen printouts.

• 【About the environment of use】
• Please check the following points when using the service.
  Your smartphone is turned on.
  The network is available.
  Your browser"s camera settings are enabled (Safari, chrome, etc.).
• In certain instances, it may not be possible to use the Service fully or partially due to a malfunctioning information terminal, unstable telecommunication service received from telecommunication carriers, or other related reasons. Additionally, the functional limitations of the information terminal may also prevent the use of the Service. No refunds will be made due to the effect.
• The service may be temporarily suspended or interrupted, either completely or partially, for system inspection or emergency maintenance. No refunds will be made due to the effect.
• 【Purchase and Refund Policy】
• Online sales only (Except at specific ticket counters).
  Counter sales are available exclusively at Kansai Tourist Information Center.
• Please use the credit card (it must be valid) you used for making the purchase and an internet-ready smartphone or tablet with a camera. Please note that this service is not available on feature phones. Also, kindly note that debit cards cannot be used for payment.
• Refunds may be issued if tickets are unused and still valid. Please ask for a refund from the website where you purchased the tickets. The credit card company you used determines when the actual refund is issued after it has been processed. Please contact the credit card company directly if you have any questions. There is no refund fee.
• Tickets used for transportation or attractions are non-refundable.
• There will be no refund for the OSAKA AMAZING PASS after you start using it, even if some public transport becomes unavailable for operational reasons or facilities are temporarily closed. There will be no refund for other reasons, such as bad weather.
• 【Others】
• The tickets issued through this service are e-tickets and will not be available in physical form.
• In general, OSAKA AMAZING PASS cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers.
• Some details of the OSAKA AMAZING PASS might change without notice.
• All things relating to transportation conform to the Conditions of Carriage of the transportation facility you use.
