  Please note that the ticket is valid for three months from the date of purchase (March 31 2025, is the last day of use).
  *It is possible to buy up to four tickets per transaction. After purchase, the tickets can be transferred to someone else.

Caution

• Tickets are valid from the facility’s opening time to the last admission time on the same day at the facility where the ticket is accepted.(not for 24 hours from the moment you started using the pass).
• Prices are the same for adults and children.
• When taking a train, scan the QR code on the ticket gate that accepts QR codes to enter or exit.
• For stations without QR-compatible gates, please show your ticket to a station attendant for visual inspection. If no attendant is available, present the QR code screen to the camera.
• When riding the bus, please scan the QR code placed inside the bus and present the authentication screen to the driver before getting off the bus.
  The authentication screen is valid for 15 minutes. Please be careful when reading it.
• When visiting facilities, scan the QR code on the reader and show the authorization screen to the staff.
• Present the Osaka Amazing Pass’s “Special Offers” authorization screen to staff at facilities and stores that offer special offers.
• If you are travelling outside the eligible zone of the pass, you will need to pay travel fees separately. Please consult the station staff.
• If you are using Kintetsu Railway, Nankai Electric Railway, and Keihan Electric Railway's express reserved-seat trains, you will need to pay additional fees.
• To use the service, you need to connect to the Internet from a smartphone and ensure that you are in an area with network coverage. Additionally, you must enable the camera function on your phone to scan the QR code required for using the service.
• In certain instances, it may not be possible to use the Service fully or partially due to a malfunctioning information terminal, unstable telecommunication service received from telecommunication carriers, or other related reasons. Additionally, the functional limitations of the information terminal may also prevent the use of the Service. No refunds will be made due to the effect.
• The service may be temporarily suspended or interrupted, either completely or partially, for system inspection or emergency maintenance. No refunds will be made due to the effect.
• Please use the credit card (it must be valid) you used for making the purchase and an internet-ready smartphone or tablet with a camera. Please note that this service is not available on feature phones. Also, kindly note that debit cards cannot be used for payment.
• Refunds may be issued if tickets are unused and still valid. Please ask for a refund from the website where you purchased the tickets. The credit card company you used determines when the actual refund is issued after it has been processed. Please contact the credit card company directly if you have any questions. There is no refund fee.
• Tickets used for transportation or facilities are non-refundable.
• There will be no refund for the Osaka Amazing Pass after you start using it, even if some public transport becomes unavailable for operational reasons or facilities are temporarily closed. There will be no refund for other reasons, such as bad weather.
• For special exhibits, extra charges are required. Please confirm with each facility for details.
• If you unlawfully use the Osaka Amazing Pass, the pass will be invalidated and extra travel fees and facility admission fees, etc., will be charged according to the rules of each company and facility.
• The tickets issued through this service are e-tickets and will not be available in physical form.
• In general, Osaka Amazing Pass cannot be used in conjunction with other discount offers.
• Some details of the Osaka Amazing Pass might change without notice.
• We will not bear any responsibilities for trouble with the Osaka Amazing Pass purchased out of the official store (including net auctions and resale).
• All things relating to transportation conform to the Conditions of Carriage of the transportation facility you use.
